1. Service
Hum eSIM provides prepaid, data-only eSIM profiles (“Plans”). Coverage, speeds, and features vary by destination and network partner.
2. Activation & Validity
- Plans activate on first network attach or as otherwise specified at purchase.
- Validity is measured in consecutive days from activation.
- Unused data expires at the end of the validity period.
3. Fair Use & Prohibited Use
Resale, SIM farms, persistent tethering abuse, or unlawful use may lead to suspension with no refund.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are available if the eSIM profile is not delivered or cannot be activated due to a verified technical fault.
- No refunds once data usage has begun, except where required by law.
5. Support
Email support@humesim.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
6. Liability
Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
